Phone case

Eric's new phone case. Which suppose to match mine.

Scrapbook

(Eric, if you are reading this, please skip this post, you are not suppose to see this.)

My new addiction... Scrapbooking. I've always wanted to keep it with it, so finally I went out and got a bunch of supplies and got busy. I can't believe how highly addictive this new hobby is.
This is how my bed look like when I'm scrapbooking... it's like a tornado, on my bed.

Some very cool scrapbooking paper material I bought. (It's way easier than to print everything out).

Very cool paper with unique designs for background.

Few samples of the finished product.

New Cannondale Quick 4

After a week of research and brands comparison, we have finally come to a mutual agreement on women’s and men’s Cannondale Quick 4. They are going for $600 EACH (o_0) at Bicycles Plus, but our sales person TJ rocks and love the life time tune up service. I can hardly wait to start riding this summer, or next weekend (tons of thanks and kisses to my sweet boy friend).

I finally realized that you can never look good in a helmet, any kind of helmet... I tried.

If I have kids, I would definitely run with this!!

NYLO Hotel in Dallas

Whenever we get to spend a morning together, we always go out and look for cool places for brunch. Yesterday Eric suggested the NYLO hotel in Irving.

I do have to say, it's very unique, it's different than any other hotels I've ever seen. Originally from Rhode Island NY, now there's 2 in Dallas. Great place to lounge at night.

Me in one of the bubble swing seat.

We ended up playing games after brunch, Eric won pool (by luck), I won Backgammon (by skill).

Stars With Neighbors

Me, Ashley, Jim, Garrett

Sweet Ashley and I

Eric won some Dallas Stars tickets at Fox Sports' Christmas party this year, I invited my neighbor Jim and his girl friend Ashley to the game against St. Louis Blues last Thursday. But Eric had to work the last minutes, so we decided to invite his brother Garrett, since his birthday is coming up next week, and Eric and I got invited to his party next weekend. We had a great time, even though we lost. It's always fun to got to games, because there is nothing like a great areana preztel!

Rest In Peace

Today is a very sad day, I came to work this morning, and accidently broke my favorite mug!!! I received this mug from Melissa (my boss) for my birthday last year, which her Mom actually bought it from England, Victoria and Albert Museum in London. It's from one of the 20 Fine Bone China Mug Collection.

All the King's horses, And all the King's men, Couldn't put my mug together again!

Now I'm going to start using my Disney World's mug which is also from Melissa from her last Florida trip.

Valentine's Day Gift

For Valentine's Day this year, I wanted to make something, just for fun. So I start folding paper origami flowers. I was going to make just a few and ended up with a whole boquet. So I decided to buy a vase and all the other decorative leaves and stems to form a nice looking plant. Turned out pretty cute, and best of all no water needed.

Bowie, Me and (forgot his name)
Julie and Tanh

We went out for a drink Saturday night after the spa, (bad idea becuase everyone is so tired and just want to hop in bed.) It was fun, the guys are awesome. I try to introduce some of my friends to Julie, since she's single now and she dig Asian guys. But at the end of the night, we all just ended up having a great time laughin all night.

Those girls can drink!!! Sometime I wonder what's wrong with me... I had a glass of wine all night and that was more than I could handle, but they each had a few Sake bombs, wine, and Martini and still able to function normally. I'm known in this community as ~cheap date... (Eric is a lucky guy)

Pimping Corvette

Eric and his family has always been a big fan of Corvettes. He had a few older ones growing up, and this is the one he currently have. He's wanting to get a newer one with blue color in the near future. I am not so sure how it looks but personally I love the charcoal gray. I was actually considering a charcoal gray color for my Lexus at one point. This car is so hot, but his Tahoe is even hotter!

Ramen Noodles

Sometime I get caught up in the office with work, and didn't have time to go out for lunch. (Or sometime I'm just too lazy). Jac recommanded this Wonton Ramen Noodle. Suprisingly it's really good! It's got a real tranditional Hong Kong Wonton flavor to it, and the noodle are very "crunchy/chewy".

Girl's Night Out

There's a place call Roy's in Plano, Hawaiian fusion cuisine (founded by Chef Roy Yamaguchi), which is now one of my favorite. The dish that caught my attention is Hawaiian Style Misoyaki Butterfish with Kim Chee Lime Butter Sauce. I like fish, but I LOVE THIS FISH!!! I can't explain it, but whatever Butterfish is, it melt in your mouth, like a Sea Bass. When Jac gets here, this is the place to bring her!

The chef decorated our desert with "Girls Night Out". The Molten chocolate lava cake is also to die for!

IPhone Cover

While we were in Florida, I wanted to jazz up my iphone, so Eric and I each got a new cover. He replaced his black rubber cover (what were you thining??) with a silver and blue one, just like mine. And I replaced my lovely white hard case with this. Now we've got our blink blink everywhere we go!

King Spa Sauna

Everytime I go to New York, my best friend Jin will take me to a Korean Spa call King Spa Sauna, and spend a whole day in there. I recently discovered there's one in Dallas!! It is the best discovery in the last year! (beside discovering the exsistence of my boy friend). Some girl friends and I went there for the first time last Saturday, we spend 5 hours in there, had lunch, had a full body massage and body scrub. Almost like a new born.

There a movie room, a food court, a tv room, 10 different saun rooms, a bath house, kids room etc... massages are optional. It's like walking into a heaven on earth.

This is the Salt Room, those rock like stuff on the wall are made of natural sea salt, most of the rooms are set at 120F, sit in it for 20 minutes, detox the body and releases stress.
Brick room with Crystals and the ice room below.

And last but not least, as a designer, I really enjoy their logo as well ;)
